Your Privacy

Your data is yours. Always has been, always will be. Here's exactly how we handle it.

Minimal Data Processing

We process your assessment payload on our API routes to generate results and AI enrichment. We do not require accounts, and we avoid storing raw personal profiles in a database by default.

Server-Side AI Calls Only

AI provider requests run only on our server routes. API keys are never exposed to the browser.

Optional Product Analytics

If enabled by the deployment, we send limited product telemetry (for example: page views and funnel events) to improve reliability and UX. We do not intentionally send full assessment answers in analytics events.

You Control Your Data

The only data stored is in your browser's localStorage (your results). You can clear it anytime through your browser settings or by using your browser's developer tools.

What gets stored locally?

If you complete the simulation, your results are saved to your browser's localStorage so you can view them again without retaking the assessment. This data includes:

  • Your simulation results (archetype, scores, future paths)
  • Timestamp of when you completed the assessment
  • Assessment answers needed to regenerate deterministic results in your browser

Third-party AI processing

When AI enrichment is enabled, your behavior profile is sent from our server to configured model providers (for example Gemini/OpenAI/Anthropic depending on environment setup). This helps generate personalized narrative text.

AI output is validated and can be discarded. If AI fails, the app falls back to deterministic content so your core experience still works.

How to clear your data

You have full control over your locally stored data. To remove it:

  1. 1Open your browser's Developer Tools (F12 or Cmd+Option+I)
  2. 2Navigate to the "Application" or "Storage" tab
  3. 3Under "Local Storage", find this site's entry
  4. 4Click to select it and press "Delete" or the trash icon

Alternatively, clearing your browser's site data will remove everything.
